West Town is a community 10 minutes northwest of Chicago’s Loop. Its borders lie from Chicago Avenue to the north, the Eisenhower expressway to the south, Halsted to the east, and California to the west.

Due to its location, West Town is one of the fastest developing communities in Chicago. It is comprised of several smaller communities including Noble Square, East Village, and some of Ukrainian Village. Neighboring communities such as River North and Wicker Park offer many close entertainment options. Public Parks also offer leisure opportunities for the entire family to share in together.

Two and three flats dominate the landscape, but single-family homes and new construction are beginning to become more prevalent in this developing community.
