Medical Village is a near south Chicago community located in between Ashland north, 16^th south, Halsted east, and Western Avenue west.

The University of Chicago’s Medical School, Rush Hospital, and Cook County Hospital, featured on NBC’s hit television show “ER,” all reside within this aptly named community. Due to the proximity to these institutions many, many young professionals and students reside here. Little Italy’s famous Taylor Street strip is located in Medical Village. The small Italian community presents many traditional restaurants, grocers, and delis for residents and tourist to partake in.

Medical Center is a hub for new development with many new condo and loft conversions sprinkling the neighborhood’s landscape.
