Logan Square is a community located on Chicago’s northwest side and is bordered by Diversey to the north, Fullerton to the south, Western to the East, and Central Park to the south. The actual square is a scenic three-way intersection/ traffic circle is located at Milwaukee Avenue, Logan Boulevard and Kedzie Boulevard with a small hill and large Illinois Centenial Memorial marble column.

Although the community still has a great hispanic population and flavor, recent gentrification has brought in young professionals, artists, and entreprenures. As a result many trendier shop, dining options, clubs, and bars have popped up, especially in the main square. The area boast some of the city’s most popular arts and music festivals.

Logan Square has many historic grey stone mansions as well as multi-units and larger bungalows. Gentrification of the area has brought in a great deal of rehabbing and new construction, driving up real estate prices.
