Fuller Park Chicago Real Estate Conditions
Fuller Park is a tiny community south of Chicago’s Loop
with its borders at Pershing Road north, 60th Street south, State
Street east and Racine west.
The community is best known for its namesake park, which
serves as a recreational facility in an otherwise urban environment. The park
offers three gyms, an auditorium, a field house, ice skating rink, tennis
courts, basketball courts, and many other activities that children and adults
can share in alike. Fuller Park feels like a suburb, but has all the amenities
the city has to offer.
Once considerably a larger neighborhood, Fuller Park was
greatly affected by the construction of the Dan Ryan Expressway. After many
years of recovery, it
is on the on the rise, with vacant lots being renovated into usable
areas for businesses and homes.
