East Rogers Park is Chicago’s furthermost northeast community in the city. It is bordered by Howard to the north, Devon to the south, Lake Michigan to the east, and Ridge to the west. East Rogers Park also borders the north shore suburb of Evanston.

The Catholic-Jesuit Loyola University is perhaps this community’s most prevalent landmark along with the Madonna Della Chapel. East Rogers Park is truly a melting pot with ethnicities ranging from Middle-Eastern, Indian, and Jewish, to Latino, Polish and Russian. The neighborhood is known for it’s wide array of lakefront activities with eight sandy beaches and many beachfront parks for tennis, basketball and family fun.

This neighborhood is comprised of multi-units, condominiums and apartments, many of which offer scenic views of Lake Michigan. Housing is moderately priced with appreciation rates on the rise.
