Beverly is a far south side Chicago community, with its borders from 79^th to the north, 107^th to the south, Halstead to the east, and Kedzie to the west.

Beverly appears more as a suburb than an actual part of Chicago proper, with its upscale single-family homes and grassy lots. Beverly is home to one of the largest Irish-American communities in the city. It has the largest neighborhood parade in the United States to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. The Beverly Arts center presents many multi-cultural options for families to enjoy including the annual Irish Film Festival.
